For sale is one (1) HO Scale WAREHOUSE from Vollmer, item #5604, made in Western Germany.
The box has been opened, and all the parts seem to be there (but I can't be sure).
A few of the parts have a hint of glue, as if someone may have started to build and then stopped. Not too many have any glue, and it's really just small amounts.
The assembled building will be about 2 1/2" tall with a 4" x 6 1/4" footprint. The box weighs quite a bit for a plastic kit, so this should be a very heavy, sturdy building.
The box shows shelf wear; the cover, in particular, is in poor condition.
The original instructions are included.
