For sale is one (1) HO Scale SUBSTATION or OFFICE ANNEX from Vollmer, item #2614, made in Western Germany.

The box has been opened, but this item appears to be brand new, with all parts still on the plastic sprues.
The assembled building will be about 2 3/4" tall with a 2 3/8" x 2 3/4" footprint.
Also referred to as OLD FASHIONED OFFICE BUILDING, the box shows shelf wear, but is in overall fair/good condition.
The original instructions are included.
This accessory would be great for your diorama, school project or working model train layout.
