It a fully furnished spacious studio (569 sq.ft) in the City Lights Luxury Bldg., right on the banks of the East River – opposite mid-town Manhattan (the apartment is on the 3rd floor). It thus got the most spectacular unobstructed view of the Manhattan skyline.
It is one subway stop away from Grand Central (2 stops to Times Square) on the # 7 & is also close to the East River ferry service. All shopping, dry cleaning and other services needed are in the neighbourhood & the area has a growing number of nice restaurants and bars.
The apartment itself has a separate entrance area, a separate bathroom with tub and shower and a separate kitchen fully equipped with gas-stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave as well as essential cutleries, cookware and dishes. The bed is a queen size futon and new bedding is provided. It has a dining area and a very comfy arm-chair. There is also a separated desk/working area - wireless internet access via your laptop is free of charge. New TV will be installed.
The building has a 24/7 concierge, on premise indoor parking (extra charge) & a fully equipped laundry room. There is a fitness centre with sauna as well as 2 outdoor tennis courts for the residents.
