Business Solutions Account Executive - General Business, Corporate, and Public Sector Sales!
Business Solutions Account Executive is a business-to-business sales position that offers a unique opportunity to work with executives of all industries. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with demonstrated abilities in sales and developing business relationships. As a Business Solutions Account Executive you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, growing and maintaining small to mid-market business accounts for our Sprint Nextel Products and Services. This is a quota based position and you will call on/visit prospective wireless customers and identify new business. Through solutions based selling, you will be trained to analyze customer needs, identify and customize wireless/voice/data products and services. This transactional based sales position also requires retaining and growing accounts through exceptional customer care, up-selling and follow-up. You will be trained to effectively build and manage a sales funnel. You will be accountable for a high volume of cold calling, appointment setting, and closing of general business accounts to achieve all sales quota metrics. In addition, you will work side by side with prospective customers as a professional consultant to analyze telecom business needs and make recommendations on wireless solutions.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for B2B sales of Mobile Wireless business solutions
Call NYC businesses to promote Mobile Wireless programs
Follow-up on leads generated via telemarketing, direct mail and the internet
Meet with employers at their place of business and develop working relationships
Complete sales and other relevant internal reports
Up-sell existing employer/subscribers

Requirements:
Minimum sales experience is required or experience in the wireless industry Candidate must be dedicated, organized and have the ability to work well independently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must have car for travel within New York Metro area
Technology skills including MS Office and internet. Contact management programs are a plus
