We are looking for one more roommate.

We have a large four bedroom apartment in the East Village, between 5th and 6th st
and 2nd ave. This means we are <5 streets away from the R,W,6,F, and V
trains. We get all the other perks that come with living in
the Village. WE ARE ACROSS THE STREET FROM ST. MARKS. Amazing.

Notable stuff about the apartment:

* Our kitchen is huge. We have a dishwasher. (And a new stove, a
microwave, cooking spices, and more...)
* The bathrooms were JUST renovated. Each person shares a bathroom
with one other person.
* We're on the second/third floor. This means convenient for you yet
still a deterrent to would-be vandals and miscreants!
* We have cable TV and Internet. Roommate "Z" has an XBOX 360.
Roommate "M" has a sweet movie collection (550+) as well as an HD TV with FULL 1080P
* Rent is $1500 a month PLUS A SHARE OF UTILITIES

Your room:

Your (huge) room has an amazing view onto the street; it's beautiful,
huge, and naturally lit. The ceilings throughout the apartment are
high, and freshly painted. The hardwood floors have just been
refinished and are glossy as such.

About Us:

Z, A and M are highly sociable. M is a (steadily employed) writer,
artist, filmmaker, and musician; Z works for a premiere sports league. A is a professional musician.
We are nice people, considerate, intelligent, and educated. We like to
read but we also party.

About You:

Male or Female
Non-Smoker (non-negotiable; ganja is OK: "Z" has a volcano)
Responsible
Considerate
Willing to commit for a year, and have $4500 check for first month's
rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit. The security deposit
will be refunded when you move out.
