Share in a great East Village top floor apartment with huge balcony area available November 1st.

Room is large, with double bed if you want it, and some other furniture.

Private en-suite bathroom/toilet/shower etc. Nice views/trees outside. Great view of Manhattan from the balcony. Doorman in building.

There are four others in this apartment, three female, one male. Looking for someone 27 - 36. Everyone is friendly, we have a good "vibe". They're looking for a long term replacement for my room (I'm being transferred).

One month deposit. Bills range between $100 - $150 depending on the month, including Time Warner, maid, electricity, water etc.
