The apartment is on 43rd between 8th and 9th Ave. Current roommates: We are 2 Indian guys, IT professionals. I am from Mumbai and my roommate is from Indore. We are easy going, chilled out, responsible and really clean. We are looking for a similar match. Someone who is responsible, clean and organized. If you are a noise maker, this might not be a good match for you! More about the apartment: The room is semi-furnished, with a side table and a TV Table and has good closet space. You will share the bathroom with 1 roommate. Utilities will work out to be 33% of the total amount. There are plenty of utensils in the kitchen, which you can use (if you cook). As long as you keep the kitchen sink clean at the end of the day, we are fine with it ;-) We are not really pet friendly. So you if have a pet, this might not be the place for you. The building has amenities like gym (on same floor), laundry and 24 hour doorman. We are looking for a medium/ long term commitment, starting Nov 1, 2009.
