Hi there I have a room available for rent, it has two closets (one sliding door another, a regular closet) and windows to a fire escape that gives you a view of the neighborhood (and the ability to smoke Camels /Virginia slims while you get your cool on). The rent is $150 on a weekly basis (plus utilities), the neighborhood is quiet and extremely convenient, there are nearby parks, lots of restaurants, two subway stations (the A and 1 train), supermarkets and delis across the street, a planet fitness gym two, three blocks away and the cloisters museum. As for the building itself, the people here are friendly and helpful and cool like fonzi! As for me Im a laid back and chill kinda guy and I am looking for a roommate who has a similar mind set, and a silly sense of humor ( after all were gonna be roommates right?). I prefer a student, but Im open to other people as well. I have a wireless router (so if you have a laptop, surf away! Heck you can face book your free time on that thing), no cable ( dont believe in tv, I have the internet to entertain me), however the room does have a tv, so if you want to hook up an x-box or even get cable thats on you. Also I live on the 5th floor and have an elevator. If you are interested please email me so we can set up a time for a tour and talk in depth about the room, also be prepared to have references. No reference no room capici? Please no hard core drinkers, drug addicts, or dramatic people apply, I like my fung shui to be positive and so should you! Sunshine and butterflies! (Ok that was corny!)
