Me: 28 year old female with two cats. I am very clean and easy-going and my home is quiet and cozy. I am mostly home during the evenings and weekends; and there are few to no visitors. I smoke in my home only occasionally, but only in the kitchen. I clean up after the cats meticulously (so hair and odor are not an issue).

Seeking: A responsible and clean person who is looking for a nice, quiet space to call home. Also, must be able to provide proof of income, first and last months rent, and character references.

Rent Includes: The cost of the room plus utilities (excluding phone or cable). It also includes the majority of the cleaning (which I do), and use of the household appliances and basic supplies such as toilet paper and cooking ware (which I provide). This will be for a 6 month agreement (with option to extend at the end of six months)
