I’m looking for roommate to share spacious 2-bedroom apartment in the quiet area of Middle Village, Queens. I am a 27-year old female professional.
The apt. is in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood in Middle Village. Very cozy and lots of natural sunlight. 2 blocks from Elliot Ave. The bedroom is approximately 12X16 and is unfurnished. The apartment has an eat-in kitchen, shared bathroom and large living room. It is located on the 3rd floor of a 3-story walk-up. Close to Q38 bus, which goes to Queens Center Mall and mass transit (V, R and G trains) in approx. 5 minutes. Close to Park, Laundromat, supermarket and highway (L.I.E.) Roommate must be honest, mature, clean, a non-smoker, and a professional (female preferred) Pets are not okay as per landlord. Must be ready to move in ASAP.
