Would appreciate someone who pays their rent on a consistent and timely basis.. the first 5 days of the month is excellent.

Cleanliness and Respectful for those they reside with. Absolutely no smoking. No pets. I would appreciate if there isn't strange traffic in and out of my apartment.

I like at least a 3 month committment but I do respect the month to month basis.
