I am a recent female college graduate that has recently moved to New York that is looking for a nice room in a nice environment to live. I would prefer to have a room that is already furnished with my own private entry and bathroom and only have to share a kitchen. I Prefer to stay with tenants 40 and older. I am looking for a pest free room and I am looking to pay month to month. I am looking to move in mid November/ early December.
