Also walking distance to BAM and Fort Greene restaurants. Vast free storage available in basement.

The roommates: 29-year-old woman who likes to cook and practice yoga, and 30-year-old emergency medical resident who likes to compose music.

Sublease: Starts Nov 15th (but will wait till Dec 1st if necessary). The rent is $1150 plus utilities.
