Rooms for rent in a two floor six bedroom private house near Brooklyn College. The house has two full baths on the second floor and one half bath on the first floor. All bed rooms have a shared living room 12ft by 27ft and eat in kitchen 15ft by 12ft. Following are the room sizes with rent amounts and date of availability.

Room furnished with twin bed with mattress, 4 drawer dresser, clothing rack, and computer desk with chair. This room is on first level of house and is available December 1st.

Room 2 ($650/month): This room is on the second level of house. It is 11.5 x 11.5. It has 2 windows and closet. Room has door with lock. This room is not furnished. This room is avail December 1st.

Room 3 ($700/month): This room is on the second level of house. It is 15x15. It has 2 windows. Room has door with lock. This room is not furnished. This room is available November 9th.

The room includes cable (must provide your own TV) and wireless high speed internet. It also includes all the utilities (Gas, Heat, Water and Electric). Air-condition available for additional $50 per month will be provided by landlord. First month rent and one month security upon sign of the lease. Lease is month to month lease. The prospective tenant should not smoke inside the house, not have pets and be courteous and understanding to a shared living environment. Currently rooms are rented by males and females.
