We live in a great 3 bedroom sun filled apartment located at Montrose and Lorimer in Williamsburg, about a 10 minute walk to the Lorimer stop and a 4 minute walk to the J or G train. This is a nicely decorated three bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen, full living-room with a fold out couch for guests, glass french doors and hard wood floors.

We are:

-An Actor/dayjob girl originally from California, not vegetarian, not home too much but not gone all the time either - (late 20's)
-A musician/dayjob very laid back nice guy - Vince (mid 20's)
-A very cute & sweet tuxedo cat

We are looking for:
Male or female, 20's or early 30's, respectful, queer friendly, tidy, who likes cats and creative types.

Rent: $800.00/month
Needed to move in: 2 months security plus 1/2 of November's rent so that's: $2000.00 move in.
I know its a little steep but that's what the landlord requires and its worth it.

The room is small medium sized and has its own entrance so you don't have to enter apartment to get in.
