Top Notch Business Development Associate Needed - New York City, NY! Kforce, one of the nations leading Recruiting and Staffing Firms with over 70 offices nationwide, is looking to add highly motivated sales professionals to join the NYC Team. The Account Manager/Business Development Associate is responsible for identifying and generating new business through outside sales activities such as cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning, and relationship building. Duties also include:
*Develop and implement successful and innovative selling techniques
*Establish and maintain a solid networking pipeline in the surrounding territory
*Prepare and execute formal sales presentations
*Create a long-term relationship with accompanying recruiter We offer:

The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, high energy, and results orientated individual who enjoys closing deals and the 'sky's the limit' compensation structure. Prior Technology Staffing Industry Experience Is Required! Requirements also include:
*Bachelor's degree in business or related field
*2 years of related experience with outside sales experience
*Successful track record of selling small to medium size accounts
*Previous IT Staffing industry experience
*Strong sales presentation and persuasion skills
*Demonstrated organizational and planning skills
*Ability to effectively work independently with minimal management direction
*Effective rapport-building and relationship management skills
