I offer telephone, email and instant messaging sessions at any prearranged hour of the day, evening or night for my clients who are unable or would prefer not to leave their homes. Telephone, email and instant message sessions have been very effective for anyone who has any level of anxiety or concern about office visits, may not feel comfortable discussing confidential issues in a face to face session or just may be more open while in the comfort of their own home.

I do not charge for your first consultation. One of the best features of telephone and instant mail sessions is that after your first free session, you can choose how long you want your next session to last. Office therapy sessions typically last no longer than one hour, but when you talk to me on the telephone or through instant messaging, you can choose the amount of time you would like. Not only can you choose to have shorter or longer sessions, you can change the frequency of your sessions if needed. Please send me an email to tell me about your needs and what results you would like to achieve so that I can respond and schedule your free consultation. My fee for email sessions is $35 per week. My fee for telephone and instant messaging sessions is $60 per hour session. I gladly accept Paypal in advance of each session.
