My family composition is 1 adult and 4 children. I currently hold a section 8 voucher for a 3 bedroom section 8 apt. Maximum contract rent limits are:
3 bedrooms: $1,839 With gas and electricity included . $1,755 without gas and electricity included. I am interested in Astoria, Flushing, College point, Ozone park, Howard beach, Ridgewood, Middlevillage, Briarwood, Forest Hills, or Sunnyside. In the boro of Queens. Please note that if you contact me regarding an apt in Manhattan please do not contact me regarding apts past East 116th street nor apts past 117th street on the West side.
