Description Under direction, performs management of clinical trials in the Division of Hematology & Oncology: coordinates all aspects of protocol submission; acts as liaison with the Food and Drug Administration; prepares and submits all regulatory documents, financial disclosure to sponsor or contract research organization; maintains records on each study to ensure study is being administered appropriately and ensure compliance with the policies and procedures of the funding agency; performs central subject registration for research studies; reviews registration materials; meets with monitors to ensure maintenance of up to date regulatory records; prepares annual investigator renewal applications; prepares and submits all documents to the Protocol Review Committee; performs other job related duties as required.
Bachelor's degree and three years prior administrative experience in a health care setting required; must have knowledge of clinical research including knowledge of FDA guidelines; previous experience in compliance with federal, state, or local programmatic regulations required; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; excellent organization and communication skills.
