Description
Under direction is responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting and closing and stewarding of principal gifts: manages a portfolio of up to 100 significant prospects; nurtures working relationships with faculty and staff; manages volunteer initiatives such as events or committees; in conjunction with staff assists in recognition plans and designs; supervises staff; performs other job related duties as required.
Bachelor's degree and 7 plus years related development experience required; must be familiar with all facets of development; previous academic medical center fundraising experience a plus; previous experience supervising volunteers required; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; excellent organization and communication skills.
