I am seeking an experienced family law paralegal to handle a private divorce case…
To be considered for this position you must be experienced with some aspects of the uncontested divorce process in New York, specific details about your past experience with preparing New York divorce documents is a must.

Main responsibilities:
· Reviewing and authenticating all legal documents and information presented to court
· Submitting all legal documents to court and following up with both court and myself
· Observing secrecy and confidentiality to the highest level possible
· This case is time sensitive and requires ascertainment and professionalism
