Experience Supporting IT infrastructure in large organization

- 10+ years experience supporting Windows 2000\2003\XP.
- 6+ years experience supporting McAfee Antivirus infrastructure.
- 5+ years experience with ePO Server Administration.
- 1+ years experience with ePO Server 4.0 Administration.
- Experience supporting and installing McAfee VSE 8.0, VSE 8.5, and VSE 8.7.
- Strong Scripting skills.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Windows SQL Server 2005 a plus.
- Knowledge of third party support utilities a plus.



Sample:

· multi-site Active Directory domains creation and configuration, consolidation and migration, security risks assessment, network user and server management. Experience in RedHat Linux.

· Operational experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of wide range of Microsoft enterprise servers.

· Five years in 24/7 support of production IIS 6.0 web cluster (MS Application Center, NLB, COM+). Experience with IIS 7.0 web services applications.

· Developed and implemented Group Policies for production Active Directory domain.

· Installed one of the enterprise VMware ESX 3.5 host servers and joined it to the existing farm of 5 servers. Participated in virtualization of enterprise server base. Used Virtual Center for administration of the farm, creating virtual switches and iSCSI connections.

· Created enterprise Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) with two level hierarchy and offline root Certificate Authority. Configured automated certificates issuance for Intel Desktop Management (vPro) and Altiris servers.

· Set up and configured Cisco 3548, 3560 switches, ASA 5500 firewalls, Aironet 1252 Wireless Access Points. Set up adaptive routing for automated switching of Internet Providers in case of network outage in branch offices. Was responsible for switch replacements and new Cisco hardware installations.

· Created and supported numerous software utilities and scripts for administration of Active Directory domains, user, group, and computer accounts, print servers, network devices, environment sensors, etc. using http://vb.net/ , http://asp.net/ , native Windows API, WMI, and LDAP. Performed extensive scripting for Active Directory.

· Troubleshooted performance issues on SQL servers and file servers.
