Description Under direction, provides education and training and initiates clinical activities to implement and sustain electronic medical records for ambulatory clinical information system across multiple practices; develops training programs for specific units in conjunction with the training team; participates and support clinics before during and shortly after go-live; maintains a follow-up schedule to assess customer support needs; supports the interface pre-loading activities and application upgrade testing; provides assistance in plan and evaluation of strategies including the return on investment value assessment; coordinates with training coordinator and developer coordinator to streamline implementations; assists in the management of technical support issues; performs other job related duties as required.
Must have at least 6 years experience working with ambulatory medical care clinics and two years experience working with physicians; 4 years experience delivering formal, instructor-led classes in a commercial or university setting required and at least 4 years experience participating in software installation projects of medium and large size complexity; must be able to present ACIS product by conduction product demonstration; Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred; must be EPIC certified; must be able to work weekends and off-hours as required; excellent organization and communication skills.
