TEKsystems currently has an opening for a desktop support person to join a team of several support members.


This team supports the more critical issues and higher end users. The candidate will be supporting users in Windows XP, MS Outlook 2003/2003, MS Office, Blackberries, Citrix, VPN, etc. These individuals will be responsible for all software and hardware support, including installation, configuration, and ghosting of PCs, software updates and patches, and OS and software upgrades as necessary. Candidates will be responsible for supporting network printing and network connectivity issues, and provide remote desktop using VNC as necessary.


This tech will work from 4:00-12:00 Mon- Fri (35 hour work week), except 1-2 weeks of every month they will need to work weekends (and will have 2 days off during the week).




Position is paying $17/h
