The ideal candidate will have 7+ years experience designing and developing complex .NET systems which support quickly evolving business and workflow systems. Successful candidates will also have:

Technical Skills:
• OOA, OOD, OOP
• Design Patterns experience
• VS.NET/VB.NET/ASP.NET or C# with willingness to learn and work in VB.NET (.NET 3.5)
• XML, Web Services, SOAP, SOAP Extensions
• N-Tier Development experience
• Full Lifecycle Development experience – and specifically experience with Agile methodologies (especially Scrum and Extreme Programming)
• Database Design and Object Relational Mapping Design and Implementation
• IIS and SQL Server Administration
• Experience with the following tools: nHibernate, VisualStudio.Net, nAnt,
• Experience defining scalable, flexible application architectures
• Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Workflow-based systems is a plus
• Experience with developing an architecture roadmap

Compensation

The annual salary for this position is $120,000 or commensurate with experience in a similar position.
