i am looking for an updated home in a child friendly, good area. Near transportation. I would really like the property to have a dishwasher and washer and dryer. The apartment needs to be good for a growing child, since i plan for a long term rental. Acess to a backyard is a plus. Rent negotiable. If a 4 bedroom with same accomadation comes along. please contact me as well. i can take a 4 bedroom, rent will be more but can be split into 4 people.
