When you call us we will review your case and provide an assessment. We will then create an agreement on the terms of the assignment of your judgment. (This give us the legal authority to enforce on your behalf). Once we have the authority we will begin to enforce the judgment, and provide you with periodic updates on the status of your case. Once we locate the debtor we then prepare all legal documents for wage garnishments, bank levy and if applicable repossess their assets. Most important payments will come directly to you.
