Axelon Services Corporation, an established & successful New York based staffing & Recruiting firm, is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager and business leader to establish and build out a healthcare staffing subsidiary. Successful candidate will oversee strategy, creation, and execution of business plan to expand business lines. The successful candidate will have full P&L responsibility and will manage the day-to-day operation to ensure ongoing evolution of unit. Manager will take on full client development responsibilities for the entire business. We are seeking a Manager who has several years of experience running a profitable Healthcare Staffing division, specifically focused on the Allied segment. Ideally, candidate will have experience with both permanent and temporary/per diem recruitment.

Required Experience:

* Experience developing and executing business plans for expanding business lines.
* A proven track record of successfully delivering new business is a must
* Must be able to work independently under pressure.
* Candidate will rely heavily on judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
* Bachelors in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
* Minimum 10 years experience in the healthcare staffing industry
* Servicing VMS/VMO business is a big plus!
