Upscale, dynamic media firm is seeking a Tax Director to join their senior finance team. Candidate have a strong knowledge of FAS 109.You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of federal, state and local tax returns for multiple entities (i.e. LLCs and S-Corps). Responsibilities also include research, planning and strategy. You will present pertinent findings, interpret results and manage tax audits. Position also supervises cash management issues and relevant investments.

You are a motivated, articulate individual with an accounting degree, 12 + years of tax experience in a combination of public and private accounting environments. You have superior management and organizational skills and proven results in process improvement.
