A well established, and successful Property Management company is looking to hire an experience Property Manager for several communities in Manhattan.


What you need to apply:

- 5+ years of property management experience

- Strong experience in residential condominium, town homes, common area facilities and co-op's

- Strong experience in management of construction projects, and ability to work well with construction crew, residents, management and staff

- Strong experience in budgeting (multi million dollar budgets), cost tracking and cost allocation

- Ability to effectively supervise staff
