Needed:


highly-organized and methodical person with project management and/or business analysis experience to help guide the teams overall efforts and interact with other technology and business teams.

The job entails having conversations with a variety of technical and business staff; translating business concepts in to technical requirements; and managing the overall workflow of the team.

*Must be comfortable working on large and high visibility projects.
*Translate plain English ideas into technical terms and vice versa.
*Write reports and requirements documents.
*Actively report progress to management and take action to resolve project road blocks.
*Be a can-do person that thinks about problems before they happen and help the team avoid those problems.
