One of SGA's major financial clients is looking for an IT production support Specialist for a contract position in New York, NY. Looking for experienced support person to assist team in level 2 support of a suite of around 20 applications for the firm's Private Equity Fund Services users and clients. This is not a Desktop Support role, although some of these skills may be useful. Much of the work is phone based support. Looking for a good understanding of Active Directory and SQL security or application security is preferred. Training available on individual applications. Will assist internal business teams with on-boarding new users, help with documentation and transition of Account Administration Function to external team.
