South Orange, New Jersey/Manhattan, New York

Salary $75,000 - $120,000 plus bonus and benefits !


Do you have at least three years of experience in the green building industry working with existing buildings ? Are you LEED accredited?


Do you have experience and proven skills with proactive indoor air quality (IAQ) monitoring programs? If so, please apply read on !


What you will be doing:


Establish, grow, and manage a full service Green Building/LEED consulting division

Leverage our impressive existing commercial building owner client list.

Provide indoor environmental quality services to the commercial building real estate industry.

Proactive indoor air quality (IAQ) monitoring programs

Help building owners and manager achieve certain select points towards Green Building Certification via the U.S. Green Building Council LEED program.


What you need to qualify:


Have 2 to 5 Years of experience in the Green Building Industry

Have a college degree in a building related science or other relevant expertise

Have a minimum of three years professional experience in the area of Green Building/LEED consulting

Be LEED accredited

Possess first class oral & written communication skills

Be able to work independently in a small business environment

Be honest, trustworthy, and dependable

Enjoy business travel as needed in order to be successful
