Candidate must have a track record of proven process improvement, proactively streamlining procedures and reporting. Directs the budgeting activities of the multi-corporate organization by performing the duties set forth below either personally or through subordinates. Responsible for the operations of the budget, forecasts and grants; Maintains the internal controls of the organization and its network corporations. Protects the financial position and assets of the organization and enhances the accounting systems. Position will liaise with auditors and government agencies. Oversee the preparation of monthly reports, which summarize the organization's program activity and financial position in areas of income, expense and surplus/loss based upon operations and variances. Experience with health care partners, government funding sources, negotiation of rate appeals and interface with government, extraordinary leadership and technical skills.
