Global Investment Bank located in New York, NY has an immediate full time opportunity for a Business Support Analyst/Jr. PMO resource.


The Global Credit, Mortgages, Distressed & Proprietary Trading Technology (GCMDP Tech) Business Management team is seeking a Business Support Analyst. This role involves various aspects of Project Management Office (PMO) reporting and adhoc deliverables across GCDMP Tech. This role has visibility across PMO, Finance and Operational Risk.

The role of Business Support Analyst

*Project reporting aggregation and summary reporting
*Various Management reporting

Qualifications:

A successful candidate will need to exhibit the following behaviors and skill sets:

*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*2 3 years experience in a Business Management or Project Management/Reporting function
*Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
*Ability to create Management Reporting
*Ability to analyze and correlate data from multiple sources
*Detail oriented and self directed
*Ability to take a task and drive it to completion
*Knows when to escalate and drive to on schedule delivery
