Do you have experience providing on site project management expertise for a leading provider of Video Conferencing, Audio/Visual Integration and Managed Conferencing Services? If so.please read on !


Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:


You will be managing technical projects of to achieve defined objectives of scope, quality, time and cost.

Be able to manage and co-ordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Supervise contractors, consultants and vendor resources effectively.

Communicate with clients regarding the details and the scope of work, timeline, schedules, etc.

Perform onsite visits meeting with clients to ensure conduit, floor boxes, AC power, cable, etc. are being installed according to the drawings

Scheduling projects internally, making sure the adequate and correct resource are assigned

Develop and maintain project schedules and financial budget for assigned projects.

Reporting job status to internal team members

Provide feedback to Department Manager(s) regarding teamwork performance


Qualifications:


Applicant must have at least 3 years experience in a project management role in the audio visual or related industry.

Must be a self starter & motivator with strong attention to details, should possess good leadership qualities and be able to multi-task and must be well organized.

Must have exceptional communication skills both orally and written.


Nice to have:

CTS and or PMI certifications are a plus.
