One of SGA's major clients is looking for a 6-month contract position for a GBS Support Analyst in New York City.


The individual will be responsible for:
*1st , 2nd and 3rd line incident management. Users will raise incidents via phone, email, or through HP Service Centre
*Problem management for major or recurring incidents.
*Relationship building with our US user base
*Sundry tasks will include batch monitoring, DR testing, performance analysis and tuning.

The person is required to have experience with the following:

*GBS configuration (formatter, generic Router, function records etc),
*ENFORM.
*SQL would be advantageous for the non-GBS applications

Business knowledge required:

*Foreign Exchange and Money Market settlement,
*Swift messaging/formatting

Non Technical skills required:

*Excellent communication skills,
*Strongly motivated and shows initiative
*Strong analytical skills.
*Relationship building
*An understanding of ITIL processes would be advantageous
