We are seeking individuals to join our team helping to positively change people's lives.


We have open positions in both our Manhattan and Queens Locations!


This position can be detailed in four areas:


Heavy telephone work: The Company provides you with inquiries through advertising efforts. NO COLD CALLING IS REQUIRED. You will call these inquiries to qualify them, set appointments for face-to-face interviews, and close. Also, you will need to follow up on older leads that have not been through the admission's process.


Interviewing: Each candidate for admission must be interviewed in person and presented with the benefits of an Empire education and enrolled if they meet the basic qualifications.


Application paperwork and follow up: Once a successful presentation is conducted, the representative must assist in the completion of application paperwork for the candidate and follow up with the candidate through the entire enrollment completion process.


Personally Developed Leads: Once all paperwork and follow up is complete, the representative must ensure the students starts school. This is the completion of the sales process.


Requirements for the position include:

* A Bachelor Degree is preferred; however we will consider candidates with an equivalent combination of education, experience or training.

* Industry experience is not required but is preferred.

* Preferred two years of SALES experience.

* Electric telephone personality

* Dynamic people skills

* Professional Image is a must!

* The ability to work a flexible schedule, as evening and Saturday work is required as part of the schedule.
