SGA is a well established IT Staffing firm located in Westchester County, NY. We provide technical consultants to our Fortune 100 Clients nationwide.

We are looking for several recent grads to join our team in a training program (6-9months) to become a technical recruiters.

Successful recruiters are ambitious, self motivated, detail-oriented multitaskers.

Responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through our database and the web, phone screening candidates, checking references

and negotiating compensation.

During training you will receive salary and benefits. Additional commissions will be added after training is complete.

Any technical expertise or CS degree is a plus, not required.
