The Department is seeking applications for one tenure track position in Special Education. The required qualifications include an earned doctorate in the field of special education, with classroom experience working with special needs populations. Responsibilities include teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in cross-categorical special education and inclusion teacher preparation programs, specifically in state-registered program - Teaching Children with Disabilities - and working with field-based personnel on the delivery of special education services to eligible individuals. A record of publications, evidence of research with special needs youngsters, presentations at scholarly meetings, and grant writing ability are needed.
