Henry is a pup still in many ways - which he is, at only 10 months old! He is playful, curious and affectionate. He is pretty small, so it is easy to control him on a leash, but he does need to learn how to heel. We are working with toys so that Henry can learn proper playing etiquitte!He has been great in the crate - sleeps through the night no problem! And, he is now officially 100% housetrained. He also knows how to sit. Though Henry would prefer not having to take a bath, he is well behaved in the tub and responds to affection as you wash him. He takes treats well and you can take a toy or bone from him without any problem. Henry needs an owner who has energy and time for him, as he is young and will need regular exercise and training, but even a couple of walks a day and some play time and lessons on the leash will suit him well. Also, he is a lover. He wants your affection and to give you his. While he enjoys being next to you, he will also happily just hang out on his own, chewing his bone on his bed. He has many fans in my neighborhood already and interacts with energy and love with everyone. Also, he likes other dogs and he's very interested in squirrels and cats. Henry is available for adoption - please let us know if you're interested in giving this wonderful guy a forever home!
