TANKA, 4 years old male brindle, stunning Sweet TANKA wins my most improved award. He was such a sad sack when he was found as a stray, and so afraid when I first met him. I swear that he remembers me now! This dog needs extra help since he is brindle, but really...if you don't care about color, he's a real beauty, and now he's so happy outside! Playful in just the right way---not too wild or rough. I like him.He is sweet and friendly and wants out! he is very cute and always was focused on asking with his eyes, "hi, it's you again, take me OUUUTT!" Tanka is another dog who was been PROVEN to be DOG FRIENDLY. On 3/28/09, a man brought Tanka to the Shelter, explaining that his owner had abandoned this 4 year old brindle boy. I met Tanka a week later. Now, this is a dog who wants to play: with people and other dogs. Whenever another dog comes near Tanka, he assumes a "play bow," beckoning the other dog to join her in some doggie frollicking. He weighs 58 pounds.
