VALERIE is a 4 year old spayed pitbull/terrier mix. She arrived at the shelter as a stray with her brother pit but, as the months passed and the friction escalated, we decided to separate them. A bundle of energy and enthusiasm, Valerie truly is an independent spirit. She enjoys exploring on her own, as well as relishing the company of people (as almost all in her breed category do), but she would need to be a single pet in a household free of all but the human species. Valerie is a loving girl, who lives for intense exercise and playtime. We recommend a family of lively, active adults and/or dog savvy kids.
