Max is a 1 1/2 year old neutered lab mix. Originally aquired from an adoption facility on Long Island, Max was given up because he was too rambunctious. He is, in fact, a lively, sociable fellow with the energy of a bouncing pup. He's housebroken as well as crate trained, and walks well on leash. In order for Max to truly thrive, we recommend a fenced-in yard and/or physically fit adult household. He enjoys the company of other dogs but does have a propensity toward food and resource guarding, so Max's ideal home should be dog and cat free. Older kids with some dog handling experience OK.
