We are hiring for a dedicated Mechanical Engineer with experience and passion for HVAC System Design/Commissioning for Building Energy Efficiency.

What you need:


BS/BA Mechanical Engineering

4+ years HVAC Systems Design/Commissioning experience

Excellent report writing abilities


A plus if you have one or more of the following:

Familiarity with the LEED rating system

Experience on green building projects

Professional engineering license, Certified Facility Manager or Certified Energy


What you'll be doing:


Identifying and documenting building performance criteria

Prevent incorrect installations in new buildings, and detect them in existing buildings

Find metering overcharges

Reduce energy cost to levels predicted by modeling

Develop commissioning plans, reports, pre-functional and functional test procedures

Review HVAC drawings, specifications, and shop drawings

Field verification that HVAC equipment is installed per drawings and specifications
