Are you a Mechanical Engineer with experience and passion for HVAC System Commissioning for Building Energy Efficiency?


Are you currently using DOE-2 or EQUEST extensively for your projects?

What you need:


BS Mechanical Engineering or related field

5+ years HVAC Commissioning experience with Commercial and Institutional buildings

Extensive Energy Modeling experience - DOE-2/EQUEST


A major plus if you have one or more of the following:

LEED certified

Professional engineering license, Certified Facility Manager or Certified Energy Manager


What you'll be doing:


Reduce energy cost to levels predicted by modeling

Maintain existing clients & develop new contacts & clients along with regular attendance of professional society meetings of key organizations.

Develop commissioning plans, reports, pre-functional and functional test procedures

Lead commissioning projects with your knowledge of the design of mechanical and electrical systems for commercial, institutional and light industrial facilities as they relate to energy conservation for commercial, industrial and institutional facilities.

Lead Cx meetings for design and construction teams and participate in LEED design and status meetings.
