What you need for this position:


- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Professional Engineer (PE).

- Proven performance in facility management (project/facility/development)

- Expertise in Energy management technologies and metering

- Evidence of an ability to prepare and present formal multimedia presentations


A plus if you have:


- Previous experience working at DoD/Federal facilities (Army bases)

- Experience with HVAC systems, steam and hot water boilers, chillers, and other energy intensive systems and equipment


What you'll be doing:


You will work onsite at facilities with clients.

- Conducting energy audit projects

- Developing and helping implement energy savings project

- Developing an Effective Network of Facility Managers and Building Energy Monitors

- Optimizing Facility Operations to Minimize Utility Costs

- Developing and Sustaining an Effective Energy Awareness, Incentive, and Suggestion Program

- Identifying Potential Energy Projects, Programs, and Initiatives
