What you can expect from me:

You can expect someone who is honest, hard working and who will use his knowledge and experience to find a solution to the problem. I won’t just solve your problems, but I will explain everything I do so the same issues do not occur again. You can also expect someone who will show up on time and, if I cannot make it at the scheduled time, I will let you know as soon as possible. I will also follow up with a phone call or E-mail in about two weeks after solving your issue to make sure that everything is running optimally.

Qualifications:

Besides a mastery of basic software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visual Studio.NET, and Dreamweaver MX 2004, I also have knowledge of programming languages, primarily C++ and Java, with some experience in Prolog, Scheme, PHP, and SQL. I graduated from Polytechnic University of NYU with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science in 2007, and I have been performing freelance technical assistance for the past 6 months.

My rate is $15 per hour. I can go anywhere in the New York Metro Area, and I am available from 10AM-7PM.
