I need a warehouse for one of my clients, must be 10.000 sq ft or more.
they are only looking to rent even though they will consider renting with an option to buy. Must have enough space for at least 4 trucks, with offices on the 2nd fl. if possible, may consider brooklyn, as long as is close to a commercial expressway.
