I'm a realtor and I have a customer that is looking to expand his business, right now they already have a location, but they will like to open another warehouse, and I don't have it at this moment, if you are a homeowner and you have something that is suitable for them, plz let me know asap.

-Minimum 10.000 sq ft, space for at least 4 trucks + cars
-first floor and second floor for the offices
-preferebly close to Van Wyck Expressway
-my client will prefer in Queens area, either Jamaica, Laurelton, or the surrending areas, but if it's fitable will consider other areas in Queens.
